Cooperation with clients, partners or constituents through CiviCRM

Presenters: Betty Dolfing and Erik Brouwer

If your organisation wants to cooperate with constituents or partners in your network, a data portal – essentially a website a user logs into and finds their options there – provides that  sort of functionality.
This session shows a data portal used to enable both staff and clients involved in an advice process to cooperate. We’ll show the staff and client perspectives, the reflection in CiviCRM and the cooperation options that are used based on document management software system Nextcloud. Aspects of setting this up, data security, SSO (single-sign-on) and other issues can also be discussed.
