Can I show something that I am proud of?
Of course you can! You can share your success story or new features by presenting this during a session, but it is also possible to join the “Birds of a Feather” session and have a 5 minute talk. Contact Jaap Jansma (jaap.jansma@civicoop.org)
As a Newby to CiviCRM, will it be worthwhile for me to come?
Yes it will! During CiviCamp we will have a session 'Introduction to CiviCRM' where we explain what CiviCRM is and what it can mean for your organisation.
We use CiviCRM much to our satisfaction. Why should I come?
To meet other people using CiviCRM, share your enthousiasm and knowledge. That way strengthen the community. Secondly, there will undoubtedly be new developments that you have not heard of and which might be useful to you.
I am looking for support. Is CiviCamp the place to find it?
There will be a possibility to ask questions to the CiviCooP HelpDesk during the day. Just ask one of the CiviCooP staff present at the CiviCamp and they will answer your questions as much as possible.
Can I cancel my registration? I am unable to attend.
Yes you can cancel your registration upon 2 weeks prior to the event. Contact Jaap Jansma for cancellation: jaap.jansma@civicoop.org
What’s the earliest I can check-in at the accommodation?

If you are planning to arrive on Sunday afternoon you have to make arrangements with De Werelt yourself. The same applies if you want to leave on Saturday.
The location has a provision for your luggage on Monday and Friday.
It is possible to book an extra night.
Yes, you can stay an extra night. Please contact the venue directly: lunteren@dewerelt.nl
My organisation needs an invoice without VAT
Provide the VAT number of your organization. Depending on the tax laws we will invoice you with or without VAT. Organizations from the Netherlands will always receive an invoice with VAT.
If you have any questions about the invoice, you can contact Gerold Koster, gerold.koster@civicoop.org
IT is not my thing... we do need CRM though... Is CiviCamp for me?
It sure is. There will be many people like you or people who used to have similar doubts to yours. There will be an introduction to CiviCRM and many examples of how CiviCRM is used in different organisations.
My organisation has been using CiviCRM for a while but we want to be more self reliant. What can I do?
During this week, there Administrator training and Developer training are presented to help organisations like yours to bring more knowledge and skills regarding CiviCRM into your organisation. Read more about the developer training or the administrator training on this site.
What language will be used during CiviCamp, the sprint and both the courses?
All sessions during CiviCamp are likely to be in English. Both courses and the sprint will also be run in English. There will however be people with different language backgrounds around that you can talk to.
Sharing a room would be fine for me, but I do not know anyone to share with. Can you help me?
It is not possible for us to coordinate who shares with who. Feel free to ask around in the community who else is coming and wouldn't mind sharing.
You can best ask this at Europsprint 2025 channel in Mattermost
